New to Microsoft Access 2010 is the way you now build Access 2010 templates using what is generally known as Application Parts.

You need to realise that Access 2010 templates are now are even easier to create as it can be based on existing parts allowing you to really pick and choose different objects and elements in a type of object which include tables, queries, forms and reports.

access 2010 templatesWhere your custom Access 2010 templates are stored can be found in a hidden folder typically under a folder location like:

C:Users[USERNAME]AppDataRoamingMicrosoftTemplatesAccess

You can even let Microsoft Access automate with a start-up screen by correctly setting the properties when creating your Access 2010 template.
