Sharepoint have some restrictions and depending on what the expression you have written for your parameter query may stop the query (via the web) being called.

Any tips on how to have parameters run when you publish to web? I am using Sharepoint and have been able to move the database to Sharepoint but I cannot get my parameters to pop up when a report is to run. Any advice?
